DII Attending Physician Rideout Accommodations – McGovern Medical
School

Sleep accommodations:

Cot locations: 2.134B (2 cots); 2.026A (3 cots)

The DII offices listed below are available for sleeping and privacy during disaster response/tropical cyclone rideout. Please remember that most of these offices are used by someone in our department (noted in parentheses) as their personal space, and be respectful of their things.

See Rideout Administrative Director to be issued room assignment and key. Keys must be returned before going home or the assignee may be charged locksmith fees. 2.132; 2.134B (Richard Burke); 2.137 (Dr. Svolos); 2.139 (Dr. Gu); 2.023 (Dr. Rose); 2.026A; 2.026C (Marlene).

Facilities:

Showers are located in the Medical School basement-level restrooms across from the main stairway coming down from the Leather Lounge.

Vending machines are located in the same area as the showers. Additional vending machines are located on MSB’s 2nd floor, close to the DII IT office suite.

Microwave ovens are located in the MSB basement, north of the showers and vending machines, and in the DII area on the MSB 2nd floor. Microwave ovens are also available outside the MHH Cafés in Hermann Pavilion (1st floor) and Sarofim Pavilion (2nd floor).

2.026 – TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, Keurig coffee, bottled water station
2.134 (Chair’s Suite) – refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster oven, sink, Keurig coffee, bottled water station.
