Research Informatics Requests
Request complimentary research services to query UT Epic Slicer Dicer to provide either a qualitative data set (includes MRN, dates, procedures, diagnosis-*IRB approval needed to provide PHI) or a basic quantitative set (number of procedures or patients only) for research trials.

Please note, you must be listed on the IRB-approved delegation of authority log and have UT Epic access to receive a qualitative data set through Slicer Dicer. If you do not have Epic access, please see below to request access.
If an outside department is requesting data that includes PHI, please submit an IRB request to add Lauren McGuire and Claudia Henley to the protocol in order to have data pulled.
