Dr. Hill Receives Ebony Award
Dr. Hill shares her research with the Texas Black Women’s Initiative Houston Team.
Dr. Mandy Hill, DrPH, MPH, Associate Professor and Assistant Research Director in the Department of Emergency Medicine was recently recognized for her work in public health at the Texas Black Women’s Initiative Houston Team.
Dr. Hill was named as the recipient of “The Ebony” Award at the 2019 Be-YOU-tiful Hair & Health Show. The award is given to a woman who “Does It for The Culture!” in appreciation for her exploration of the current conditions of need in healthcare and her development of interventions that will impact community health.
