Celebrating Learning & Adventure: Highlights from CORD 2024 in New Orleans!
Our team had an incredible, jazz-filled time at the CORD 2024 Academic Assembly in New Orleans, LA!
A few of our esteemed Faculty, Residents, and Administrative Staff came together for this enriching event hosted by the Council of Residency Directors in Emergency Medicine. It was an honor to have some of our own’ presenting this year, adding to the excitement of the conference:

But it wasn’t all work and no play! While in New Orleans, we embraced the vibrant atmosphere of the city, and took a break to explore the beauty of the Louisiana swamps. Our swamp tour was an adventure filled with fascinating insights into the local wildlife, including encounters with gators! It was not only educational but also a wonderful opportunity for camaraderie and bonding outside of the conference halls.
As we reflect on the memories made and knowledge gained, we’re already looking forward to next year’s conference. Here’s to continued learning, growth, and exploration in emergency medicine. Until next time, New Orleans!
