We’re thrilled to announce the successful conclusion of our “Save a Life” series for the Academic Year! Our final event at McGovern Medical School’s Webber Plaza, Infant & Adult Choking Emergencies and Narcan Administration, drew enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and residents alike.
Together, we delved into vital techniques for aiding both adults and infants during choking emergencies, along with essential skills in Narcan administration for critical situations. Afterwards, participants got to enjoy a tasty lunch provided by Chick-fil-A.
We extend our deepest gratitude to all who contributed to the success of this year’s “Save a Life” event(s). Your dedication and expertise were instrumental in empowering our community with life-saving knowledge and skills. A special shout-out goes to our EM Faculty, Residents, Students, and Admin Staff for their unwavering support and commitment.
As we wrap up this academic year, we eagerly anticipate the start of our next Save a Life event in the fall, slated to kick off around September. Stay tuned for updates on what promises to be another informative and impactful series!
Thank you for being a part of our mission to make a difference in emergency care.
