Biography

Dr. Chen earned his MD from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth), where he stayed to complete a Chief Residency in Internal Medicine and Quality Improvement & Patient Safety Fellowship.
