Meditation and burnout at center of new article

Meditation for Healing Burnout” is the title of a new article appearing in Alternative and Complementary Therapies in which Alejandro Chaoul, PhD, shares his insights about the use of meditation to address burnout. In the publication, Chaoul shares about using the STOP formula when faced with a stressor, the importance of addressing stress during COVID-19, and both challenges and opportunities for institutions to implement meditation programs to combat burnout. Chaoul manages the Center’s Tibetan Meditation program, which is currently offered virtually.
