The Department of Emergency Medicine at UTHealth is proud of our robust quality assurance program to continually improve the quality and safety of healthcare delivery at our practice sites. Recently, Drs. Chathampally, Cooper et al published their best-practice guidelines for the development and operation of an effective morbidity and mortality conference in the Western Journal of Emergency Medicine.

Dr. Cooper, alongside Dr. Nemri (PGY-2) and Dr. Giordano also published “Man with Intermittent Bradycardia“, the ECG of the Month in Annals of Emergency Medicine.
