He is currently the medical director of neurocritical care at Medical City Plano’s 34-bed Neuroscience ICU, which is a Level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center. Along with his neurointensivist partner, Drs. Mulder and Govind have started their own neurocritical care and neurology group, Comprehensive Neuroscience Specialists, that provides high-quality neurocritical care, stroke, and inpatient neurology care delivery models at various health systems in the community.

After Graduation: Dr. Delmas was a trained pulmonary critical care physician when he came to UTHealth Houston neurocritical care and completed a neurocritical care fellowship. He returned to Baylor Scott and White in Temple, TX to start a dedicated neurocritical care unit. Dr. Delmas is the first fellowship trained neurointensivist at Baylor Scott & White and became Medical Director of  the neurocritical care unit.

He is the medical director of the dedicated neurocritical care unit at Hima San Pablo-Caguas in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
