The IMS–iRS Joint Meeting 2026 brings together two premier international societies—the International Meningioma Society (IMS) and the International Rhoton Society (iRS)—for a landmark global congress uniting leaders in meningioma surgery and leaders of surgical neuroanatomy.
This meeting will host a highly specialized audience of neurosurgeons, neuroanatomists, researchers, and decision-makers, creating an ideal environment for industry partners to showcase innovative technologies, surgical solutions, imaging platforms, and educational tools in both cranial and spinal fields.
The program includes hands-on courses, full-day plenary and parallel scientific sessions, invited lectures, debates, abstract presentations (oral papers and electronic posters)—driving consistent exhibit hall traffic and meaningful engagement throughout the meeting.

Sponsorship Level Opportunities
Platinum $20,000
Platinum Sponsors shall receive:
- Welcome Reception access for up to four (4) representatives;
- One platinum exhibitor space (15×15 SF) with premier space selection in the exhibit hall (refer to attached footprint of congress venue; we reserve the right to modify the space to accommodate necessary changes)
- Complimentary meeting registration for up to four (4) representatives;

Gold Sponsors shall receive:

- One gold exhibitor space (15×10 SF) with standard space selection in the exhibit hall (refer to attached footprint of congress venue; we reserve the right to modify the space to accommodate necessary changes)
- Complimentary meeting registration for up to two (3) representatives;
- Access to one (1) designated social event for up to two (3) representatives;
- One (1) half-page printed advertisement in the scientific program;

Silver Sponsors shall receive:
- Welcome Reception access for up to two (2) representatives;
- One silver exhibitor space (10×6 SF) with basic space selection in the exhibit hall (refer to attached footprint of congress venue; we reserve the right to modify the space to accommodate necessary changes)

2-Wire Transfers and ACH Payments: Sponsor/Exhibitor may contact the Department of Neurosurgery finance office. Please send name and email address of the individual who should receive the payment instructions to [email protected]. Our Treasury Department will then provide the banking instructions through a secure e-mail.
Payment Confirmation: Once payment has been received, a receipt will be issued as proof of payment. Participation benefits, exhibit placement, and promotional recognition may not be finalized until payment is received.
