    • Weekly lectures delivered by MFM fellows and faculty as well as other UT specialty divisions
  • MFM/NICU Conference
    • Joint effort between MFM and NICU Fellowship programs
    • Monthly conference covering broad required topics
  • M&M
    • Hermann Hospital & LBJ Hospital
  • Journal Club
    • Held quarterly within the MFM division and hosted by MFM faculty members

Annual Meetings

  • SMFM
    • All fellows attend SMFM each year including the didactic courses.
    • Submitting abstracts is required
  • 1st Year Fellow Retreat and 2nd Year Ultrasound Conference
    • All first year fellows will attend the SMFM sponsored retreat in the fall of 1st year
    • 2nd years may attend GOHO US Conference
  • NICHD- Young Investigators Conference
  • Fellows are encouraged to attend any meetings where they have research accepted for oral or poster presentation (SGI, CAOG, AIUM, ISUOG, etc.)
