Training Requirements

The fellow is expected to advance in clinical, surgical and research  and the competence is assessed regularly with the standardized myTIPreport evaluation platform. Fellows will have access to simulation labs with pelvic trainers and will participate in workshops as both faculty and learners. Extensive educational sessions with weekly conferences and  Journal clubs provide a vigorous learning and teaching experience. The fellow will be required to be active in ongoing research and to assist with this endeavor, will be enrolled in an Epidemiology and Biostatistics course. It is anticipated that a minimum of one major project directed by the fellow will be completed and a manuscript developed over the course of the program.
