Where are you coming to us from?
Born and raised in Houston, TX

What are you most excited about this year?
I want to develop my interpersonal communication skills to better navigate conflict and tension.

Why did you choose Geriatric or Palliative Medicine as a subspecialty?
Palliative Medicine shares the same space of vulnerability and immediacy as my specialty background of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. I hope to incorporate aspects of both Palliative Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in my future practice.

What is the most fun thing you want people to know about you?
I climb rocks for fun, but you can tell from the scrapes on my arms and legs that I’m not very good at it.
