Sacred Vocation Consultation

The Sacred Vocation Program is a unique and transformative workplace tool that can be easily tailored to the specific needs of different work environments.

The success of the program can be measured in different ways, such as through improved quality of work life, health, patient/client satisfaction, and reduced turnover, injury, and illness.

For some organizations, working with a trained, experienced SVP facilitator is an effective way to support workplace change and allow all employees to participate in the process.

The McGovern Center recognizes the need to disseminate this program to healthcare organizations and non-profit settings in a way that is both accessible and cost-efficient.

A trained facilitator can support your organization in several ways:

  • Assessment: working with you to develop a plan suited to the character of your organization
  • Implementation: guiding your staff through the program’s three phases
  • Evaluation: using various tools to measure the effectiveness of the SVP
