3rd-Year Scheduling Information

The scheduling process for the third year is a simple three-step process, and is as follows:

1. Complete the required Criminal Background Check.  Deadline for completing the request is January 20, 2023.

A successful background check is required prior to beginning clinical rotations at McGovern Medical School. You must submit the criminal background check by January 26, 2024. 2. Rank your preferred clerkship streams in one45 by clicking on the link in your To Do list.  Ranking will open January 22, 2024 and will close January 26, 2024.

3. Rank your three week elective preferences in one45 by clicking on the link in your To Do list.  Ranking will open February 14, 2024 and will close February 21, 2024.
