MTB Student Scholarship Awarded to Nicolas Moreno
Nicolas Moreno (from Dr. Cynthia Ju’s research lab) has been selected by the Student Scholarship Committee and Dean Alejandro Aballay to receive the 2024-2025 Henry W. Strobel PhD Endowed Scholarship. This $1,000 award honors the memory of Dr. Henry Strobel, a long-serving GSBS faculty member, and supports outstanding students conducting biomedical research. Nico’s research explores the impact of IL4 deficiency on the microbiome during colitis and homeostasis. Congratulations, Nico!
