Welcome Jennie Duong, Executive Assistant, Chair’s Suite

Good day, Department of Anesthesiology, Critical Care, and Pain Medicine Team,

Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Jennie Duong, our new Executive Assistant in the Chair’s Suite. Jennie brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as a Senior Criminal Intake Clerk at the Harris County Criminal Justice Center. We are thrilled to have her join us at UTHealth, effective October 2025.

Jennie brings experience in administration, project management, and is detail-oriented with a strong skill set in organization, writing, communication, and networking. She will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and support daily administrative operations in the Chair’s suite. We are very excited to have her fulfill this important role for the Chair and the anesthesiology department.

Jennie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.
