About the Instruments
BD FACSAriaII
The BD FACSAriaII is a state-of-the-art 6 laser instrument used for high parameter analysis and cell sorting. It can perform two and four way bulk sorting for a variety of tube sizes as well as automatic cell deposition for single cell sorting into multiwell plates or onto microscope slides. Its specialty NIR laser allows detection of e.g. photo immunotherapeutic antibodies and drug candidates.
Cytek Aurora
The Cytek Aurora is a versatile 5-laser full spectrum flow cytometer equipped with an automated sample loader that can handle both 5 mL FACS tubes and 96-well plates. It has 5 lasers and collects data on 64 fluorescent channels.
BD LSRFortessa
The BD LSRFortessa is a high parameter cell analyzer equipped with 5 lasers and an optional HTS sample injection system. Its specialty Indigo laser can be used for e.g. FRET studies. The instrument is reserved mostly for unassisted use.
