Recognizing work as a sacred vocation
The program manual is geared toward engaging healthcare professionals in non-profit organizations. The goal is to increase workers’ awareness of their work as sacred vocation, themselves as healers, and to establish connectedness between work and self.
Participants take part in five 60-minute sessions, each with a specific objective:
- Discovering what gives meaning to our lives
- Discovering the capacity to heal
- Discovering the capacity to harm
- Coping with barriers
- Embracing our vocation
