Educational Teaching Philosophy

“Everything is hard until it is easy” -Van Goethe

This quote has guided my teaching philosophy-my goal is to meet learner’s where they are at and build from there.  I want to create a safe space to ask questions, so that students can feel comfortable learning and growing with me.  I tackle mentorship and advising in a similar manner-what is the goal and where do they want to end up? And then I work to find ways we can collaborate or I can facilitate.
