2025 Undergraduate Calendar
Dec 1 – February 1 March 1 (SODSURP)	Application must be received (supporting materials should be submitted online by February 1, (11:59 PM CST). The GradSURP application deadline is January 15 (11:59 CST).
Late February – early April	Selected student notification period
May 26	Orientation (mandatory attendance)
May 27	Research begins Mon. – Fri., 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. No vacation during the 10-week program (Except for May 25th Memorial Day, June 19th Juneteenth, and July 4th holiday)
July 30 July 31	Closing Program (mandatory attendance) Last day of the Program
