In my current roles of Rheumatology program director and associate program director of Internal Medicine my focus is on resident and fellow education with respects to rheumatology. I am also involved in musculoskeletal curriculum with the McGovern medical students thus expanding my educational efforts across all levels of learners.

My aim is all activities is:

-to improve retention of medical knowledge using the current adult theory of learning,
-create lifelong learning
-to embrace and respect learner point of view and assist in maintaining life balance in education.
