How to Submit Your Abstract

Please carefully follow the above instructions for preparing your abstract. You will find a signature block for you and your mentor at the end of the abstract form. Be sure to email both PDF and Word versions to [email protected] by September 15th, at 5 pm. Save the signed copy as your PDF copy. The Word copy should NOT have the signature block in it; you will need to delete it after you and your mentor have signed it. Both electronic copies should read exactly as you want them printed because this is the way it will appear in the published/online copy of the 2023 SRP Abstracts. Incomplete forms cannot be accepted. Black-and-white graphs or illustrations no larger than 1-1/2” x 6” will be accepted – they must fit within the block provided for the research summary.
