Educational Philosophy
My educational philosophy is shaped by the brilliant educators I encountered during my medical training. I aim to replicate their ability to simplify complex concepts, fostering critical thinking skills in my students and trainees. By doing so, I empower them to make informed clinical decisions that enhance patient care.
Teaching is a dynamic, lifelong learning journey. I embrace modern educational methodologies, such as flipped classrooms and team-based learning, to create an interactive environment where students can actively engage with the material. By incorporating tools like audience response systems, I encourage real-time discussion and address misconceptions, ensuring that learners can apply their knowledge effectively.
To evaluate my teaching impact, I analyze learner feedback and participate in faculty development programs. This commitment to growth allows me to tailor my approach to the diverse needs of my students.
My passion for teaching is fueled by witnessing my learners transform into exceptional physicians who make a meaningful difference in the lives of their patients and in the society as a whole.
