Consultation Requests

To facilitate access, TSI has a consultation request service. To use this service, a physician’s office only needs to complete the brief Consultation Request Form and return that form via fax at 713-383-1410. TSI will then contact the patient and coordinate his or her appointment.

Many new patients have already had extensive imaging. TSI encourages referring doctors to upload available imaging to TSI’s secure cloud storage. For more info, please review this document.

Education

Education of physicians in the care of patients with both simple and complex disorders of the nose and paranasal sinus is a priority at Texas Sinus Institute. Each year, TSI sponsors a clinical fellowship. In addition, TSI will host physicians for observerships and research fellowships.
