Dr. Stacy NorrellCongratulations to Dr. Stacy Norrell for being selected as the 2023 Vice Speaker of the House of Delegates for the Texas Society of Anesthesiologists (TSA).  She will be joining Dr. George Williams as a current officer for TSA.
