Radiology Research Opportunities
The Summer Research Program provides U.S. undergraduate students and McGovern Medical School first-year medical school students with hands-on laboratory research experience supervised by McGovern medical school and faculty members throughout the medical and dental schools of UTHealth.
McGovern First Year Medical Students ONLY
McGovern Medical School Student On-line Application period is February 1- March 15. At the conclusion of the program you will submit an abstract of your research. Your mentor will also help you develop a poster that must be presented at the Annual Research Forum held in the fall.
Summer Research Program – M.D. Anderson
The MD Anderson Summer Experience is a collection of programs that give students an opportunity to explore careers in basic research through working in labs with faculty mentors. This will take place June – August. Applications will be accepted between November 1 – January 15.
