Interviews
The UTHealth Diagnostic Radiology program will conduct virtual interviews during the 2024-2025 application cycle.
We typically receive approximately 1,000 applications and conduct 150 interviews for 10 diagnostic radiology and 3 integrated interventional radiology positions.
The objective of our holistic interview process is to get to know you as person and answer any questions you may have about our program. During the interview day you will hear talks from our program leadership and Department Chair and can informally talk with residents in virtual breakout rooms.
You will have three randomly assigned interviews with radiology faculty, physics faculty, and residents.
The 2024-2025 interview dates are as follows:

Open House
We will host optional, informal Open House events in early 2025 on the following dates:
- January 31
- February 7
These are a casual opportunity for you get to know our faculty, residents, and staff in a relaxed environment long after the completion of the residency evaluation process. We want you to get to know us, and to have the opportunity to tour the facilities as well as the Texas Medical Center.
