Applicant Information

A general timeline for fellowship recruitment is as follows:

• July – applications accepted
• August to September – applications are completed
• September to November – interview season
• October to January – offer extended

Plan on an initial informational session with Drs.’ Cooper and Elagandhala prior to potential in-person or virtual interviewing.

With you application, please include a CV and at least two letters of recommendation (preferably one from your residency director, if applicable). Send these materials in an email to Dr. Cooper, Dr. Elagandhala, and Ashlyn Kopech.
