Fellowship Curriculum

What You’ll Train In

Comprehensive, Hands-On Training Across Academic, Community, and Critical Care Settings.

Our Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship is designed to provide broad, high‑quality clinical exposure, complemented by structured education, research opportunities, and hands‑on procedural and leadership training. The curriculum blends experience at a top-tier academic trauma center with community-based rotations, preparing fellows for excellence across a variety of practice settings.

The year is divided into 12 blocks, each consisting of 4-weeks. Graduates of pediatric residencies will require a three-year-curriculum, and graduates of emergency medicine residencies will require a 2-year curriculum.

Fellows have the option of combining their research and PEM months (shown below) to allow them to spread out their research time as needed for their projects.
